J+R Group is moving ahead in a renovation project that will transform this building, originally constructed in 1982, to afford a refreshing approach to Orange County office space. Phase 1 was completed in fall of 2015, providing creative suites on the top floor that provide inspiring natural light and imaginability. Phases 2 and 3 will focus on the renovation of the property’s entryway and lobby, common areas and tenant spaces, and a completely transformed exterior that fits the building’s updated branding.
